We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates.
  • Prepare, mix, and churn ice cream bases according to standardized recipes.
  • Measure and combine ingredients accurately to maintain product consistency.
  • Operate and maintain ice cream machines, freezers, and related equipment.
  • Monitor freezing times, textures, and temperatures to ensure quality output.
  • Experiment with new flavors, toppings, and product ideas when required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of production area and equipment.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and storage guidelines.
  • Package finished ice cream products and label them correctly.
  • Maintain inventory of raw materials and notify supervisors when stock is low.
  • Assist in serving customers when needed, ensuring excellent service.
  • Document daily production logs and report any issues or inconsistencies.
  • Work with the team to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
