Hydra Operator Key Responsibilities
- Operate Hydra crane for loading, unloading, and material movement within the plant.
- Ensure safe lifting operations in line with site safety procedures.
- Carry out daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and rigging teams during lifting operations.
- Report any mechanical faults or safety concerns promptly.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience operating a Hydra crane in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Valid operator certification/license.
- Good knowledge of safety standards and lifting practices.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and safety-oriented.
- Operate Grove crane for heavy lifting and plant operations.
- Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational guidelines.
- Work closely with lifting supervisors and signalmen.
- Maintain accurate logs of crane operations.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating a Grove crane.
- Valid crane operator certification/license.
- Strong understanding of load charts and lifting procedures.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage.
- High level of safety awareness and professionalism.
