A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Location: Eket, Akwa Ibom  Main Function
  • Responsible for coordinating training efforts in close partnership with Trainers, including scheduling, attendance, facilities, and materials. Develops and maintains aids and training materials.
  • Maintains updated curriculum database and training records. Manages and maintains in-house training facilities and equipment.
  • Assesses instructional effectiveness and summarizes evaluation reports to determine the impact of training on worker skills.
  • Position will receive direction and support.
Skill and Qualification
  • Candidates must have at least 3years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
