Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, and employee engagement for an expanding workforce
• Drive HR initiatives that support productivity and organisational growth
• Manage onboarding, performance reviews, compliance, and employee development
• Provide HR support to management and frontline teams
• Develop HR policies and ensure adherence across all departments
• Oversee workforce planning and talent pipeline development for critical roles
• Strengthen performance management systems to improve accountability and results
• Support conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee relations
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights that guide leadership decisions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a First degree (BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
• 2+ years' experience managing HR functions
• Strong understanding of workforce planning and employee engagement
• Proven ability to support project teams through effective HR processes and talent management

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in Human Resources
