About the Role
An established company is seeking a Human Resources Officer to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria. This role involves overseeing key HR functions and ensuring compliance with labour laws and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards
- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate performance reviews and support professional development
- Conduct training sessions on general HR activities, including employee orientation, performance management, and compliance training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience in a healthcare or related setting
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Hausa is an added advantage
