About the Role

Artee Group is seeking a qualified Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations, with a focus on supporting our supermarket staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard supermarket staff
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and discipline
• Support payroll preparation and staff scheduling
• Coordinate staff training and performance appraisals
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee relations and welfare matters

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years HR experience, preferably in retail or supermarket operations
• Good knowledge of labor laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
