Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and hiring process, create job descriptions, and develop onboarding and training programs
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and ensure organizational compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Oversee performance appraisal systems and manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll-related matters
• Support employee growth and retention through training, career pathing, and talent management strategies

Requirements

• HND, OND, or Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of work experience in human resources or related field
