## Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role

Vixa Pharmacy is seeking a competent HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and workforce productivity within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5–10 years' experience in HR with at least 3 years in pharmaceutical or manufacturing operations
Solid understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, and HSE regulations
Proven experience managing HR audits, workforce planning, and employee relations
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in HR or Business Management
Professional Certification: CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD
