About the Role

A premium herbal products brand with nationwide reach is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to strengthen its people strategy, enhance team performance, and support ongoing organizational growth. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong organizational cultures, managing talent, and supporting high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement for a rapidly expanding workforce
• Build and sustain a strong organizational culture that supports productivity, professionalism, and high-performing sales teams
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that directly enable sales effectiveness, staff motivation, and organizational growth
• Manage talent acquisition and workforce planning, ensuring a strong pipeline for critical sales and operations roles
• Oversee performance management systems to enhance accountability, goal alignment, and continuous improvement
• Provide strategic HR advisory support to management and frontline sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and operational alignment
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with Nigerian Labour Law, internal standards, and best practices
• Support conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and employee relations with professionalism and fairness
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics such as turnover, hiring timelines, performance trends, and engagement scores to guide leadership decisions
• Champion a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, coaching, and staff welfare support

Required Qualifications

• Minimum First Degree (BSc/HND) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with 2–4 years supporting sales functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certification (CIPM, PHRi, SHRM)
• MBA qualification
