## Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all personnel-related functions and contribute to the strategic development of our organization's human capital.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all administrative activities related to personnel management
Develop and implement recruitment strategies
Establish and manage systems for staff benefits, payroll, and performance management
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees
Manage employee training programs and maintain a positive working environment

Required Qualifications

HND or Bachelor's Degree
5 - 15 years of relevant HR experience
