About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team based in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
• Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
• Design and manage training, learning, and development programs
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
• Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws
• Professional HR certification (advantageous)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
