Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified staff for the organization

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, respect, and accountability

Performance Management

• Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance appraisal systems aligned with business objectives

Learning & Development

• Assess training needs and coordinate skill development for operational, administrative, and managerial staff

Compensation & Benefits Administration

• Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in staff remuneration

HR Policy & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with the Nigerian Labour Act, company policies, and local regulations

Reporting & Data Management

• Generate and report periodic HR indices (staff turnover, attendance, training, recruitment, etc.) for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 - 7 years of relevant work experience
