## Title: HR Generalist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our hospitality team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist skills, experience managing staff in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of payroll administration, overtime calculations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and disciplinary management
  • Accurately calculate overtime, shift allowances, and other payroll-related components
  • Administer payroll processes and ensure timely salary payments
  • Maintain updated employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle employee relations and support staff welfare initiatives
  • Implement and support performance management processes, including appraisals and staff development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Prepare HR reports for management as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
  • Proficiency in payroll administration, overtime calculation, and shift rosters
  • Experience in performance management and HR reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
  • ACIPM certification (an added advantage)

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: N250,000–N300,000 (Net) per month
  • HMO
  • Pension
