A reputable Insurance and Reinsurance Broking firm and major player in the Nigerian Insurance Industry with a proven track record of excellence for over four decades, we are seeking a competent and proactive Human Resources Executive to drive excellence across all people management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications for all positions across the organization
• Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support employee performance management and organizational goals
• Coordinate the Performance Appraisal process, provide feedback, and support performance improvement initiatives
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, shortlisting, and interviews
• Facilitate new employee orientation and on-boarding programs to ensure seamless integration and engagement
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with statutory and company policies
• Drive employee engagement, learning, and development programs to promote a positive work culture
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and organizational standards while supporting management in HR-related decision-making

Required Qualifications

• BSc/HND in Human Resources Management or related field
• Five years of progressive HR experience
• Certified or ongoing certification for CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent
• Proven experience in employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and HR policy development
• Broad understanding of Nigerian Labour laws and HR best practices
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters
