Duties
  • Manage and maintain HR information systems
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including data entry, candidate tracking, and onboarding procedures.
  • Support employee relations by facilitating communication between staff and management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee social media management related to employer branding and internal communications.
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives for staff.
  • Prepare reports and analyse HR data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining personnel files, and processing documentation.
  • Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate employee information processing.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in data entry and management within HR databases.
  • Competence in social media management for professional or corporate purposes.
