The HR Business Partner/Manager drives people and culture strategies that enhance performance, service quality, and employee engagement across restaurant, hotel, and cinema operations.

This role partners with leadership to plan workforce needs, recruit and develop talent, and build a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

It oversees the full HR spectrum,including employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and change initiatives , ensuring teams are equipped, motivated, and aligned to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 6 - 10 years of work experience.
