About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
• Provide HR advisory support on workforce planning, succession management, and organizational design
• Oversee performance management cycles from goal setting and feedback to appraisals and career development
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture
• Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Support talent acquisition efforts by identifying skill gaps and aligning hiring needs with business priorities
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc, M.Sc, or MBA in Human Resources or related field
• Professional Certification in HR Management such as CIPM, SHRM, or PHRI
• Minimum 3-5 years of HRBP experience
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
• Proven experience in change management, performance management, and organizational development
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
