Human Resources Assistant at First Cardiology Consultants

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos. The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR functions and serve as a key member of the HR team at First Cardiology Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR management and administrative functions
• Maintain and manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Coordinate and deliver training programs
• Process employee onboarding and record-keeping
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration
• Knowledge of Nigeria Labour Law Act
• Skills in coordinating and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry
