Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources & Administrative Officer to support our Human Resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting employees, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document management
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Support management with reports and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2 years of proven experience as an HR/Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
