About the Role
Excel and Grace Consulting is expanding and seeking a dynamic Human Resources & Administrative Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This is an opportunity to drive HR strategy and foster a positive workplace culture while supporting the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the right talent is hired
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital
- Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Foster a positive working environment and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management activities
- Organize and deliver training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of professional HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead HR projects and initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
