About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Stellar Group in Lagos, Nigeria as a Human Resources Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training plans based on company business objectives and employee needs, ensuring effective implementation
• Design and develop various training programs, including new employee onboarding, skill enhancement training, and leadership development initiatives
• Regularly communicate with various departments to understand training needs, analyze requirements, and organize solutions
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above (priority given to majors in human resource management, enterprise management, or related fields)
• Minimum 8 years of training work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a training manager, supervisor, or related management position

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of training processes and methods
• Excellent course design, evaluation, and implementation abilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Demonstrated teamwork spirit and collaborative approach
• Proficiency in office software and training-related software
