About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate HR Specialist to join our People & Culture team to drive HR initiatives and support our workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's talent strategy to attract, retain, and grow top talent
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
• Oversee performance management systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Support career development initiatives to help employees reach their full potential
• Lead learning, training, and succession planning programs to build organizational capacity
• Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive organizational culture
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure HR practices align with company values and strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• CIPM certification or currently enrolled in the program
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of the HR value chain across all functional areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the healthcare sector
