Human Resource Officers

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: Our client is seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Officer and Facility Management Officer to support their growing manufacturing operations.  Key Responsibilities: of the Human Resource Officer

• Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and employee records

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of factory and office staff

• Manage attendance, shift records, and contract staff documentation

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements within the food manufacturing industry

• Work with management to operationalize organizational culture and ensure staff productivity. 

• Payroll administration

• Handle employee relations issues and provide HR support to factory workers

• Support performance management and disciplinary processes

• Liaise with external regulators and service providers when required

Required Qualifications: & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2–4 years’ hands-on HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
