About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Human Resources Officer - Performance Analyst to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all pending approval requests within 24 hours of receipt
• Develop Customer Service training manual for sales personnel
• Handle and escalate all employee matters within 24 hours
• Process staff expense applications within 30 minutes of request
• Support the recruitment of pump attendants
• Receive inbound calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
• Prepare and submit HR reports on or before the 25th of each month
• Take minutes during general meetings and distribute documented copies within 24 hours of meeting conclusion
• Support the induction and onboarding process for new employees
• Ensure 75% pump attendant capacity as a percentage of total installed pumps each month

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
