Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative HR professional with strong expertise in Learning and Development (L&D) and project coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting the organization's employer brand online and ensuring seamless coordination of HR and corporate projects. Key Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and implement effective training programs and workshops
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide regular feedback and reports
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational goals
- Manage the company's HR-related social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to promote organizational culture and attract top talent
- Collaborate with the communications and marketing team to align social content with HR campaigns
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree
- 2 - 4 years of proven experience in Learning and Development, HR, or a related role
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication
- Experience in project management or coordination
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
