About the Role

High Caliber Nigeria Limited is seeking a qualified Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will manage all HR-related functions and contribute to the development and well-being of our staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all HR-related tasks including salary administration, documentation, interviewing, and training of new employees
• Update newly hired staff data on the staff database
• Develop training and onboarding materials
• Gather payroll data including bank information and work schedules
• Ensure the well-being of all staff on the premises
• Execute other tasks as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc degree
• 4-5 years of work experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of people management

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR qualification
