Human Resource Officer at First Excelsia

Position Overview

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Officer. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and experienced in HR operations to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

Compensation

Monthly Net Remuneration: ₦180,000 – ₦200,000

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and onboarding of new staff
• Manage employee relations and resolve HR issues
• Track performance reviews and KPIs
• Ensure HR compliance and maintain reports
• Administer payroll, pensions, and benefits
• Organize staff training and monitor attendance
• Promote staff welfare, safety, and HR policies

Required Qualifications

• BSc in Human Resources or related field
• 4–6 years' experience in HR roles
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Professional Certification (e.g., CIPM or equivalent)
