## Title: Human Resources Manager – Training & Development

About the Role

A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead training and development initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs while collaborating across departments to support organizational growth and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training plans aligned with company business objectives and employee development needs
  • Design and deliver diverse training programs, including new employee onboarding, skill enhancement, and leadership development initiatives
  • Communicate regularly with various departments to identify, analyze, and prioritize training needs
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher; preference given to candidates with backgrounds in Human Resource Management, Enterprise Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of training work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a training manager, supervisor, or equivalent leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of training processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in course design, program evaluation, and implementation
  • Age: 25-35 years old
  • Good health with no contraindications for the role
