Role Summary
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resource Manager to lead people operations — driving HR strategy while managing day-to-day HR functions that power our innovation-driven culture.
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for shaping the organization's HR strategy and ensuring smooth daily operations across the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, learning & development, and retention.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced technology environment, where agility, innovation, and people excellence drive success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking HR strategy aligned with the company's business and technology objectives
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design to support scalability and innovation
- Champion a high-performance culture, embedding metrics-driven HR practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive culture transformation, engagement, and change management programs to sustain innovation and teamwork across hybrid and cross-functional teams
- Utilize data analytics and HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Operational Leadership (Day-to-Day HR Functions)
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing technical and IT-skilled professionals
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization
- Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans
- Develop and implement learning and development programs that strengthen both technical and soft skills within the organization
- Supervise compensation and benefits administration
