About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
- Support current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention
- Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Compensation
₦550,000 – ₦600,000 per annum
