Position Overview
DET Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and driving a positive workplace culture aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Oversee employee relations, discipline, and grievance management
- Drive performance management and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and staff records
- Lead training and capacity-building programs
- Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development
- Promote employee engagement, welfare, and workplace culture
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Added Advantage
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent)
