## Title: Human Resources Management Trainee

Position Overview

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for a Human Resources Management Trainee position.

Adeba, Lagos, Nigeria

Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Attend and coordinate various training programmes
Plan and execute recruitment and training projects
Plan and implement HR consulting projects
Research, write and implement HR proposals and projects

Required Qualifications

Degree or HND (minimum of 2.2/Lower Credit) in Operations & Technology Management (OTM), Management, Social Sciences, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Humanities, Law, or Education
Maximum age: 25 years
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
NYSC Discharge Certificate

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary: ₦100,000
Comprehensive practical training
Accommodation: Two-bedroom furnished flat (optional, same-gender assignment)
