## Title: Human Resources Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team at Tusen Consulting. The intern will support various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring smooth integration into the company
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related information
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, company events, and training programs
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including preparing documents, handling employee inquiries, and maintaining HR databases
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, assisting in the preparation of HR reports and documentation
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee satisfaction
  • Foster effective communication within the organization, serving as a point of contact for HR-related queries

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

  • Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of working experience in an HR role or internship
  • Excellent communication skills – written, oral, and presentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, teamwork, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
