## Title: HR Administrator
About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, attendance, leave, and performance documentation
- Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit documentation
- Assist in the preparation of payroll data, monitor staff attendance and leave, and support administration of employee benefits and welfare programs
- Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws, LGA regulations, internal policies, and organizational procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries, assist in resolving workplace issues, and support disciplinary and grievance processes professionally and confidentially
- Maintain HR databases and HRIS systems, generate periodic HR reports, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in coordinating staff training programs, workshops, and performance appraisal processes
- Work closely with management and other departments to support organizational goals and ensure smooth HR operations
- Stay updated on labour laws, HR best practices, and LGA regulations and bylaws affecting employment and workplace administration
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or HR support role is an added advantage
- Experience working in a structured corporate or public sector environment
