Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner plays a strategic and operational role in aligning BEDC's workforce with its business goals. As the primary liaison between management and employees, you will drive talent management, employee relations, performance systems, compliance, and workforce planning to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop and implement training and development programs
• Assist in payroll processes, ensuring proper data input and validation
• Support performance management processes
• Manage disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain healthy workplace relations across technical, commercial, and support teams
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Support talent development conversations and succession planning processes
• Generate periodic HR metrics and reports for management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in a similar HR role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Desired Qualifications

• CIPM or equivalent HR professional certification
