A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Business Partner at Primero Transport Services Limited. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including HR policies development and implementation, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes.

• Leave Management

• Monitoring attendance

• Payroll Management

• Recruitment

• Coordinating training and training calendar for the period

• Maintaining employee files and HR filing system.

• Performance management

• Handle day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.

• Liaise with HODs to handle all HR issues

• Coordinate induction and onboarding of new staff

• Manage employee exits.

Required Qualifications:

• HR Policies and Employee Relations skills

• Knowledge of labor and employment law

• Experience in performance management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work well in a team

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of related discipline

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience

• Must reside in Lagos. Preferably on the Mainland.
