About the Role
We are seeking a qualified professional to support the daily administrative and human resources functions of our organization. In this role, you will assist with recruitment, maintain employee records for payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and HR duties
- Assist with recruitment and candidate management
- Maintain employee records for payroll processing
- Provide clerical support to all employees
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or in a similar human resources or administrative position
- Fast computer typing skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS systems
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
