Position Overview
The Human Resource Assistant supports the HR department with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role assists in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and HR-related communications while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation coordination, and exit paperwork
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy acknowledgments
- Administer employee benefits and respond to basic employee inquiries
- Track attendance, leave, and timekeeping records
- Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
- Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions
- Comply with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in a Human Resources role

Compensation
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly
