Position Overview
Join a leading organization as Human Resources and Corporate Affairs Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring effective workforce management, legal compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and enforce HR policies and disciplinary procedures
- Oversee performance management, training, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Advise management on HR and employment law matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B); BL qualification is mandatory
- Certified HR professional (CIPM certification mandatory; SHRM/HRCI is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment law
