About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to serve as a strategic Human Resources and Administration Manager, responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, and operational support across the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to ensure organizational alignment of talent with institutional goals
- Spearhead staff recruitment, selection, and onboarding orientation processes
- Manage the school's performance management system and monitor KPI attainment
- Administer and manage benefits programs including pensions, HMO, and allowances
- Respond to daily HR inquiries and provide required employee support
- Organize staff social events and team engagement activities
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and artisans to negotiate competitive rates for school purchases
- Provide general oversight of Admin and Support teams to ensure optimum performance
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the academic team in the facilitation of teaching and learning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Previous experience as School HR Manager or in a similar educational HR role
- HR professional certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and employee engagement
