## Title: Human Resources and Administration Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to serve as Human Resources and Administration Manager, combining strategic HR leadership with operational excellence to support company objectives and growth.

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support company objectives and growth plans
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, retention, and exit
  • Implement performance management systems and employee development programs
  • Foster a high-performance culture that encourages innovation and accountability
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs that enhance motivation and retention
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Use HR data analytics to track performance, engagement, and turnover
  • Lead staff engagement, culture-building, and welfare initiatives
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and documentation

Administration Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring a well-structured and efficient work environment
  • Manage office logistics, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Supervise facility management and ensure smooth operations across departments
  • Maintain accurate records for company assets, supplies, and operational expenses
  • Support compliance and documentation requirements for company policies and regulatory filings
  • Coordinate company-wide meetings, retreats, and events
  • Provide administrative support to management and ensure alignment between departments
  • Drive digitization and automation in administrative processes

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources and Administrative Management, preferably in a tech-driven or fast-paced organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
  • Professional certification (an added advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and office administration
  • Excellent command of digital productivity tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and manage competing demands
