  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organizational short term and long term goals
  • Oversee general upkeep, functionality, and safety compliance of bank facilities.
  • Manage relationship with service providers ( Security, Cleaners, )
  • Track and manage vehicle maintenance, , repairs, and driver schedules.
  • Coordinate allocation and management of official vehicles in line with job roles.
  • Track and manage vehicle maintenance, , repairs, and driver schedules.
  • Ensure facility services such as generators, air conditioners, lighting, and plumbing are functioning optimally.
  • Supervise office maintenance, supplies, and procurement coordination
  • Monitor vendor contracts for servicing, repairs, and security personnel.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the bank
Requirements
  • B.Sc./HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR Administration or a similar role
