Hub Operations Officer

• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Duties / Responsibilities or Technical Core Skills Accountability: Receiving goods into the warehouse and documenting them accordingly.

• Issuing goods from the warehouse and documenting the process accordingly.

• Seeing the effective arrangement/shelving/stacking/palletizing of goods in the inbound warehouse in an orderly and professional manner.

• Ensuring the security of goods in the warehouse.

• Coordinate and directly supervise the actual loading of waybills into the truck and bus.

• Periodic (DAILY) inventory checks and high-lighting/escalating old/forgotten waybills to the Cargo Head for appropriate action.

Equipment / Technology:

• Software, Personal Computer,

• Nature of Work: Ensure all shipments received in the warehouse are properly accounted for and well documented.

• Report all short-landed waybills within 3 hours of truck unloading.

• Speed in job delivery.

• Return the copy of PODs by email to the hub or Origin.
