A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Salary:  300,000 - 350,000 Net Key Responsibilities: HR Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital files).
  • Prepare employment letters (offer, confirmation, promotion, disciplinary, etc.).
  • Support documentation for new hires and exiting employees.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation in line with audit requirements.
Payroll & Benefits Support
  • Collate payroll input data (attendance, leave records, deductions).
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Liaise with Finance on salary schedules and statutory remittances (PAYE, Pension, NHF, NSITF).
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure HR processes comply with Nigerian Labour Law and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave tracker, etc.).
  • Support HR audits and internal compliance checks.
  • Monitor leave management and attendance records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in HR administration or HR operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
