Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Officer to support daily HR processes and ensure smooth execution of people-related operations. The role will focus on HR administration, employee records management, payroll support, compliance, and HR systems, ensuring employees receive accurate and timely HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and HR procedures
- Handle employee documentation (contracts, letters, confirmations, exits, etc.)
- Support HR audits, reporting, and data accuracy
- Respond to employee queries and provide HR operational support
- Liaise with external vendors (insurance, pensions, regulators, etc.)
- Contribute to HR process improvements and efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years' experience in HR operations, HR administration, or generalist role
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
