An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities:

Support performance management implementation

Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Contribute to HR process improvement and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

Degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field

Good understanding of performance management cycles

Excellent communication, organization & interpersonal skills
