About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Human Resources position to support people operations and deliver effective people solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the People Operations Lead in delivering people solutions
Standardise and improve HR processes
Manage payroll operations and administration

Requirements

University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll management
Fintech experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to articulate the advantages of an ideal payroll process
