An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate training & L&D programs

Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Contribute to HR process improvement and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

Degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field

Experience in training or L&D coordination

Excellent communication, organization & interpersonal skills
