About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our HR team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Maintain employee records and handle HR administrative tasks
• Provide guidance to management on HR-related issues and support employee development initiatives
• Collaborate with legal teams on employment law matters

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Abuja
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Law degree (LLB), especially with HR experience
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
