About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR transformation, drive people strategy, and establish efficient HR systems that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a strong background in HR operations, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of HR policies, structures, and processes
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
- Partner with management to drive organizational restructuring and manpower planning
- Implement performance management systems to build a results-driven culture
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, employee relations, and disciplinary processes
- Manage payroll, employee welfare, and benefits administration
- Advise leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and staff development
- Foster a positive, engaging, and productive workplace culture
- Maintain HR records and provide data-driven insights to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are an advantage)
- Minimum of 4–6 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in setting up HR systems during organizational restructuring
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Compensation
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly
